Gender equality as an important yardstick to measure the fair and civilized of a country, shows various forms, among that the equality between men and women in the labor market is the focus of economic research, and at the same time, wage level, for its Scalability and comparative, attracts a large number of economists. However, previous studies either give too much energy to the average wage level, or do not analysis the factors that affect the gender wage differentials. The intent of this writing is to analyze by empirical texting the extent of the health human capital’s influence on the gender wage differentials and its changes for workers at different levels of wages. In the early work process, around the content of the writing extracts four-points thinking, and the later work is mainly on this basis. First of all, comb the previous studies and design measures including health human capital, combined with the content of this paper. Next, filter the relevant data in CHNS and then sort out the nine categories of variables through the calculation and transformation. Later, analyze the influence that the health human capital on gender wager differentials using quantile regression, and then further distinguish between the difference of characteristic differences and gender discrimination. Through layers of analysis of the gender wage differentials, it answers the author’s reflections in the early course of work: Health human capital is indeed interpretation of the income of workers, and the influence is different between different income groups and between male and female workers, while it’s greater on the lower groups. Finally, corresponding the conclusions submit targeted recommendations respectively at the policy level, the employer and the individual workers.Compared to the existing research, the focus of this study is the level of the entire wage distribution; while analyzing the gender wage differentials, take investment in health human capital into account this paper uses quantile regression analysis methods in order to serve the research better.
