The proportion of rural female labor force in agriculture keeps rising constantly,with the reform of rural economical system,.Rural women are making more and more contributions to agricultural production.They have already became the main forces in agricultural production,the main dependent forces in new rural reconstruction and the key raise object of modern peasants. Therefore,enhancing the quality of rural females becomes one of the most important tasks of sustainable development of our country.However,rural women's human capital investment is facing great challenges.As a result of traditional idea shackles and factors like disuniting policy of city and countryside as well as the particular characteristics of females,rural women's human capital investment is seriously insufficient,which is obviously lower than male's.To a great extent,the gender differences in distribution of family internal education resource have caused the gender differences in the countryside human capital investment.This kind of assignment difference mainly displays in two aspects:First is educational investment assignment differences such as physical resources;Next is the humanities resources assignment differences,such as parents' anticipation to male girls and economic value effectiveness differences.Moreover,the family social economy status,factors like family internal status of men and women have very great relationship with the gender differences in the human capital investment.Obviously,the family as the livelihood environment of the countryside female,has the special function to its human capital's formation,its investment status and function cannot be substituted.Further analysis to the countryside feminine human capital investment discovered that the countryside feminine human capital investment is higher than the male in aspects of returns ratio, rate of increment and endurance.First,in aspect of the family contribution and the influence,the countryside feminine human capital investment may obtain higher increment income and higher rate of return compared with the male;Second,because feminine life is generally longer than the male, moreover the resting and the leisure time of countryside female are much less than the male, therefore,the centralized conformity in countryside feminine scattered time may enable their human capital have superiority in the matter of time;Third,promotion on the higher work participation rate of countryside female,may raise the proportion of countryside feminine human capital in return rate.This thesis aims at attaching great importance to the investment in the rural female human capital and creating a good environment for rural female human capital investment.With the joint effort of family and government,guiding the people to renew the traditional idea,expanding the channel and the structure of the rural female human capital investment,perfecting the related legal regime and to standard the labor market to reduce gender differences of investment in the human capital which is created by the prejudice and to let the rural female equality take part in the new rural reconstruction.
