Research Of Safety On Food Service Supervision In Zhangdian Zibo

Food safety relationship beneficial to the people’s livelihood, food services food safety is a more important relation to people’s health and life. Food service admittance is not high enough, so, food safety problem is a big danger. Analyzing the basic food safety regulatory issues, research the new situation of the food safety supervision system construction, has important sense to guarantee people’s diet safety.In this paper, according to the public basic knowledge of management and crisis management theory, do an empirical analysis basis on the theory of logical reasoning, using the comparative research method, with the deductive method, to discussed Zhangdian Zibo food service safety situation, regulatory problems causes and the solutions.This paper first clarifies the purpose, significance, domestic and foreign related research、the research ideas and research methods.Secondly, distinguish food safety、food service and other concepts, especially on food safety vs. hygiene, production vs. current link to food safety. Review China’s food safety supervision development, especially food services link supervision system. Third, from food service units and the government two angles, summarizes six existing food safety problems about catering unit procurement, storage, processing, services, disinfection and kitchen waste disposal. Summed up and analyse the deficiencies about regulatory accountability, detection technology, integration of information and publicity work from. In fourth, introduced three current international advanced food safety management modes (the United States, Germany and Japan are represented).Their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed, thus, our country food safety supervision can learn from experiences.
