Research On Food Safety Supervision Strategy Of Network Catering Service In X District Of N City

With the development of the mobile Internet in modern society,Internet catering services have achieved leapfrog development in recent years,and they have attracted a large number of consumers by virtue of their advantages such as affordable and convenient.However,in the field of food safety,the lack of supervision and control of online catering services and the uncertainty of regulatory targets have led to frequent food safety hazards and inadequate consumer protection.These are all concerns and issues which need to be solved urgently of the whole society.It can be seen that only through the establishment of an effective network catering service safety supervision system can enhance the credibility of the regulatory authorities and protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers by creating a harmonious online catering service environment.This dissertation focuses on the development of Internet catering services in X District of N City to discuss food safety supervision issues.First of all,through reviewing and collating a large number of research documents related to the food safety supervision of Internet catering services,the opportunities and challenges faced by online catering service industry in China are analyzed.At the same time,questionnaire surveys are conducted on the network in X District of N City.The catering food safety issue and its regulatory status are mapped out.Second,on the basis of management theory,the successful experience of advanced regions at home and abroad is used for reference.The program design and feasibility of food safety supervision of online catering services in X District of N City are carried out.Finally,the food safety supervision of network catering services in X District of N City can be proposed from the following aspects,improving the network supervision policy and system in X District of N City,setting up regulatory agencies,regulating the operation of online catering units,and improving third-party platform services.The strategy,with a view to studying through this article,can provide reference for the supervision of Internet catering and food safety in other regions of China.
