As a special kind of organization, team adapts to the requirements of economic globalization and knowledgement, among the factors that affect the team operation effectiveness, team ethical climate has got the attention of researchers. The relationship between team ethical climate and team operation effectiveness is rather complicated, face with the double pursuit of development of economic efficiency and social efficiency today, right team ethical climate plays a vital role in the success or failure of team operation.This study refers to the results of organizational ethical climate researches from both domestic and foreign scholars, focus on the team ethical climate, makes the influence of team ethical climate on team effectiveness as the the core of the study, ueses261domestic teams as the sample, combines with literature study questionnaire investigation and data analysis, discusses the the types of team ethical climate, the influence on team effectiveness by different types of team ethical clmate and the function of team process variables in the process of ethical climate affecting team effectiveness. This study gets relatively rich conclusions, basically has the following points:Firstly, Chinense current team ethical climate can be divided into four types,which are team benefit oriented, personal interests oriented, legal regulations oriented and independent judgment oriented.Secondly, team ethical climate has a significant effect on team effectiveness whicn contains team performance and cooperation satisfaction, the team benefit oriented,legal regulations oriented and independent judgment oriented have positive correlation with team effectiveness,while personal interests oriented has a significant negative correlation with team effectiveness.Thirdly, team process has played intermediary role in the effect of team ethical climate on t team effectiveness, among which, communication has played partial intermediary role in the effect of team benefit oriented and legal regulations oriented on team effectiveness,while it has played mediating role in the effect of independent judgment oriented on team effectiveness; Cohesion has played partial intermediary role in the effect of team benefit oriented and personal interests oriented on team effectiveness; Relationship conflicts has played partial intermediary role in the effect of team benefit oriented and legal regulations oriented on team effectiveness; Task conflicts has played partial intermediary role in the effect of team benefit oriented on team effectivenessThe research conclusions of this study not only expands the related theoretical results, but also provides the ideas of development of team ethical climate, that is, cultivate and develop the types of team benefit oriented, legal regulations oriented and independent judgment oriented which are better to team’s development, boycott and weaken the personal interests oriented which is harmful to team’s development. Under the guidance of such ideas, the author puts forward related advice to cultivation of team ethical climate, which are expected to provide a powerful help for the further development of domestic teams.
