Stock Investment Decision Analysis Based On The Comprehensive Fuzzy Evaluation

In October2009, China officially launched the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) as a listing venue for the high-growth companies and the technologically based companies. However, the GEM stocks’performance lived up to our expectation. On the contrary, many of the GEM stock fell below the issue price and many investors hold on to stocks purchased at high prices. Faced with this situation, this report attempts to analyze the investment value of Wuhan Golden Laser Co., Ltd which listed on the GEM market, in order to help investors make a better selection of GEM stocks.This report tries to analyze the fundamentals of the company by using the comprehensive fuzzy analysis method, in order to help investors make a good choice of companies with growth potential. And I also analyze the suitability of the investment on the company’s current share price, in order to help investors chose a good time. There are four parts in this report. The first part briefly describes the background, the meaning and the literature review. The second part is the comprehensive fuzzy analysis on the fundamentals of the company. The third part is the stock price trend analysis using the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation for the purpose of a good buying opportunity. The last part summarizes and makes an investment advice about the company.
