Research On Layout Design And Coordinate Operation Of Dry Ports System

With the continuous growth of the global economy,the development of shipping and port has entered a new era of supply chain.Dry port,as one type of inland logistics distribution centers with the function of coastal ports,on the one hand can effectively expand the hinterland of coastal ports,enlarge the port scale and improve the throughput,on the other hand it also can promote the development of foreign trade economy in inland,improve the local customs clearance efficiency and refine regional transportation condition.So far,the research on dry port at home and abroad is rich in content,but lack of systematic research on construction and operation.It has not yet formed a complete theoretical system.Firstly,this thesis refers to the domestic and foreign researches on the planning and operation coordination of dry port and makes a research summary from the view of dry port site selection and container operation coordination.Then the theoretical basis of domestic and foreign dry port is summarized and the definition of dry port is summed up based on other scholars' researches.Afterwards this thesis lists three classification standards of sorting dry port by distance between dry port and coastal port,quantity of cooperation and construction mode.Then it establishes the double level selection index of dry port site selection from the perspective of inland and coastal ports respectively,which is composed of candidate region and dry port addressing,and gets the solution by using the fuzzy C-mean clustering algorithm.After that this thesis figure out coordination problem between multiple subjects by using system dynamics theory,build three subsystems: dry port operation,container transport and inland port operation,draw stock flow chart and establish simulation model.At last,this thesis takes Guangzhou port as an example to establish Hunan dry port system.With the data collected from 14 cities in Hunan province and standard pretreatment,it can conclude that Changsha,Hengyang,Chenzhou and Shaoyang are the best candidate dry port address.In the operation of coordination,calculation of relevant freight data acquisition in recent five years in Hengyang and Chenzhou into the simulation model.When the container box is set up in Hengyang,the cost of operation is the lowest.
