| Recently, project management is a powerful management instrument in the age ofknowledge economy and economic globalization, and the research of knowledge systemof project management is drawing increasing attention. Consisdering communicationand management of scientific research project in DS research institute, this paper’s workcan not only improve the work environment in and external enterprise, ensure theresearch and development schedule of project and improve the completed quality ofproject, but also integrating enterprise resources and realize the holistic strategy ofenterprise.Consisdering the scientific research project of DS research institute as applicationobject, this paper discusses the Communication process and elements. This paper’s workis mainly introduced as following: firstly, the enterprise and project background areintroduced and this paper propose the main factors and problems of communicationmanagement in the progress of project implementation by analyzing present situation ofcommunication in the process of project research. The developed communicationmanagement system is established by redesigning the communication management ofDS research institute with relative theories. Secondly, thinking about the communicationplanning, relative-people management, control of file information in the communicationprocess, in and external communication manners and the establishment ofcommunication mode, this paper propose concrete methods for improve thecommunication management in the process of project research and project A is chose asa typical case to examine the theoretical research results.Using method which integrate theory with practice, this paper study thecommunication management of DS research institute and find the ways and methodswhich has certain guiding significance for improving. The research work will providereference for the effective management in following research project by sharing thestudying experience. |
