Zhangjiajie Tobacco Leaf Tobacco Purchasing Electronic Settlement Management Research

With the high-speed development of Economic society, management informationization has become an important means to strengthen the competitiveness of modern enterprises. And with the popularity of the Internet, e-commerce is walked into the sight of people. After joining the world Trade Organization, the competition in the China’s tobacco market is fierce day by day. In order to improve the competitiveness of the tobacco enterprises of China, using the management information system to promote the implementation of electronic commerce is the tobacco industry modernization universal demand. While the tobacco purchasing management information put forward new and higher requirements on tobacco work, especially unit construction management.This article through to research the Tobacco Company of Zhangjiajie tobacco purchasing management, analyzes the traditional settlement problem of the tobacco purchase, elaborates the necessity and importance of execute tobacco purchasing electronic settlement management. This paper also through investigation on-the-spot to research the tobacco acquisition system of human resources, the software of electronic settlement system, the electronic equipment, and power protection equipment, analyzes the implementation feasibility of the tobacco e-settlement system. Though to select the software developer and cooperative banks, this paper propose the five functions of tobacco purchasing electronic settlement management system should realized.According to analyzes the necessity and feasibility of implementing the system, and according to the design function of the system, this paper argues that it is feasible to implement the tobacco purchasing electronic settlement management system at the Tobacco Company of Zhangjiajie. Training and pressure test are considered the best method to ensure the operation of this system, at the same time this paper also analyzes the internal risks and external risks, and puts forward the corresponding measures of risk aversion.
