Salary is the most challenging and complex phenomenon in the economic life. The social economic life is in all respects with the salary. The Labour market wages in the practical life show its stickiness characteristics. Because of the existence of this stickiness, the salary can not change as quickly as the supply and demand of the labor market, so it leads to job losses. From the angle of stock-flow, then study the Labour market wages stickiness problem is very necessary for analysis the cohesive relationship of stock-flow labor market and explain the long-term unemployment.This paper started with the stock-flow theory, then analysed the Labor market wages stickiness problem from the flow and stock angle. Firstly, made a mechanism analysis for the stock and flow of the Labor market wages stickiness. Theoretical analysis shows that:for the stock labor market, the power of the employees, employers strength and both sides of stock labor market caused the wage stickiness of the stock Labor market:Because of the incomplete economic system and menu costs, the wages in flow Labor market wages are also stickiness; the wages justice theory makes wages between the stock labor market and the flow market labor must conduction, and using discrimination theory let we know that the conduction direction of sticky wages is from stock labor market to flow labor market. And then, through collecting the Labor market wage data the documents investigation, we proved empirical proof that the salary of Labor market is higher than equilibrium wages and there is the pure stickiness, and the stickiness wage in stock Labor market transmit to flow labor market. Finally, based on the two labor market stickiness wage and their transmission relations, Think that when he company in management, can reduce wage stickiness through weakening insider-control and pay much attention to the use of inside salaries, and can also encourage the employees production efficiency by proving a competition level wage; during the process of the the labour market construction, can reduce wage sticky through appropriately shortening the contract period, guiding the development of the trade union organization, eliminating the labor market barriers and so on.
