However, the company enterprise culture construction is still inthe initial stage, the enterprise culture construction has not been systematicallyresearched, and there are some shortage in enterprise culture construction process dueto various reasons. How to further deepen the company enterprise culture construction,realize the steady development of the company with excellent culture to unite,encourage employees and provide a stable environment for them are currently theproblems demanding prompt solutions for the company.
