After many rapidly development, the mobile data services evolve into more advanced, complicated business and amusement services from simple SMS data services. The mobile data services will be the future trend in Telecom industry. In recent years, as China economic development, mobile data services theory research and application develops rapidly, more and more theories have begun to set foot in data services research and application.The mobile data services is different from traditional Telecom services, such as individuation, diversity and so on. So the Telecom carriers need use different business model on developing the mobile data services. This article aims to in-depth analysis of the Hunan MCC data services status, and some problems of developing the data services. Put forward for the Data services strategies from product price, place, promotion, but also explore the related research in the wireless data services business applications.Based on some related research and theories, this article hopes to presents some strategies to explore the application of a road, but also for future researchers to provide a useful reference and learning. The chapter Ⅰ will introduces the background and signification of developing of the data services, including base related research and theories. The chapterⅡ will introduce the Hunan MCC company and their products, Analysis of Hunan MCC service issues. An operation environment Analysis of the wireless data services of Hunan MCC. The chapter Ⅲ will focuses on strategies research of Hunan MCC data services. I table some proposals, hope to be able to resolve some problems that Hunan MCC encountered in data service development. This article will put forward some strategies from products, price, place, and promotion. The chapter IV will table some measures in order to ensure these strategies can be carried out.The strategy of product adopts innovation way, and develops new products which meet market demands. The price strategy is simple and clean billing mode, the channel strategy fully use E-channel advantage. This article hopes to presents some strategies to explore the application of a road, but also for future researchers to provide a useful reference and learning.
