Study On Partnership Between Agriculture Enterprise And Farmers Based On Phychological Contract

The development of agriculture industrialization strengthens the linkages of agriculture enterprise and farmers, and their interests are closely related. But considering the fact of high default probability and the interference of outside interests, we conclude that the economic contract between agricultural enterprise and farmers is not stable enough. Psychological contract, which can standard the behavior of farmers, is a psychological bond between farmers and agricultural enterprises. As a soft constraint, psychological contract can make up the weak constraints of economic contracts, which is a hard constraint. Based on psychological contract, the deep study about cooperative relations between agricultural enterprises and farmers has important theoretical and practical significance. It can not only contribute to the production and operation activities of agriculture enterprises, but also contribute to the solution of China’s’three rural’problem.Firstly, the paper analyzes the positive role of psychological contract on the cooperative relations of agricultural enterprises and farmers, as well as the negative effects of the psychological contract breach. Through the analysis above, the paper conclude that study partnership between agricultural enterprises and farmers from the perspective of psychological contract is reasonable. Secondly, from the characteristics and current situation of cooperative relations between agricultural enterprises and farmers, the paper obtains several reasons for the unstable relationships of cooperation. The reasons include low degree of integration, low organizing degree of farmers, different power of both parts, unequal benefits distribution, and the uneven risk. Thirdly, the detaile analysis of general process of psychological contract between agriculture enterprise an farmers are based on the forming basis of the psychological contract and the process farmers’psychological change.
