This paper made the present situation investigation of high-tech Industrial development zone of Weifang. Firstly, it proposes the evaluation principles, technical route of work and technical methods; Secondly, the paper stu (?)s the general situation and basic situation of the Weifang High-tech Industrial development (?)e, and makes the analysis and evaluation of constructed strength and indicators of us efficiency in high-tech industry development zone; Furthermore, it also makes the evalua(?)on of intensive utilization and potential measures about high-tech development zone evaluation intensive use and the potential calculation; Finally, according to the result of the evaluation of intensive use and the potential calculation, we can make the conclusion and propose the reasonable advice about the Weifang High-tech industrial development zone.According to the result of evaluation of intensive utilization about high-tech development zone, can prompt the intensive land use, and promote the level of land management in the local region, carry out the dynamic monitoring of intensive land use status in high-tech industrial development zone, confirm the direction and policy measures to promote intensive land use in Weifang high-teach industrial development zone.
