The series society and the economic reform occur in the times of social transition, which gave rise to a series of organization transformation, these affect the employment relation between organizations and employees, but also affect the psychological contract between employers and employees. In order to get a place in the Knowledge Economy Times, effective knowledge resource management is necessary for enterprise, therefore, organizations and researchers are paying more attention to the research on the psychological contract and knowledge sharing behavior. At present, it is still in the preliminary stage in studying the psychological contract and knowledge sharing behavior in China, some of the international existing research results are valueless for the reasons of different social background and organizational culture, we can’t just simply cite the data from abroad. Therefore, it has important significance in theory and practice to research on the influence of psychological contract on the knowledge sharing behavior of employees.On the base of reading and analyzing of domestic and foreign relative literatures, theory of psychological contract and knowledge sharing behavior are presented in this paper based on forenamed background, including theoretical basis, concept formation, influence factor, method of measurement, etc. Mechanism analysis of the influence of psychological contract on the knowledge sharing behavior of employees are completed in detail, in which adjustment effect of high performance work systems are considered. On the foundation of theoretical research, theoretical models have been established, the psychological contract is a independent variable while knowledge sharing behavior is a dependent variables and high performance work system is regulated variable, predictive role and the influence of psychological contract on the knowledge sharing behavior of employees are explored based on this theoretical model. Based on the convenience sampling method, an anonymous questionnaire is designed to study the different enterprise in various fields in Changsha, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzheng, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Tianjing, etc. Theoretical models, which is an approach for enterprise valuation on the basis of above statements, was tested using the software of SPSS17and questionnaire data, including reliability analysis, validity analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, etc. Case study show that psychological contract has a significant positive effect on the knowledge sharing behavior of employees, high performance work system is able in adjusting relationship between the psychological contract and the knowledge sharing behavior of employees, variables of characteristics of human populations and organization have a strong effect on psychological contract of employees.Based on the above theoretical research and case study, psychological contract has a significant positive effect on the knowledge sharing behavior of employees, several suggestions on enterprise management are proposed that psychological contract relationship should be established from recruitment, enterprises should emphasize on the concept of working in teams and the plan on occupational career for the employees and the model of human resource management that is scientific with the situation of a different enterprise will give an enterprise strong power.
