Thermal power plant is an amount of investment and engineering capacity, long construction period, which must be short period, a number of individual projects or units work simultaneously in sequence features. Projects have different processes involved, professional and many other subsystems, which have a large number of naturally occurring inter-related interfaces. In addition, system has decided to constitute the characteristics of the interface is inevitable. To make these connections each other, that ensure the quality, progress and investment within the control, coordinated through the organization of functions and draw the interrelated responsibilities, coordination to do all kinds of interface management. Based thermal power plant and the technical complexity of the interface caused by many processes are increasingly clear that the systematic academic study but also to strengthen the interface. Therefore, the article will use the theory of coordinated management to research technical interfaces; the main contents are as follows:(1) Research the theory of thermal power plants, it through the production process and characteristics leads to the process of building, management and organization participating in the construction. Analysis the objective of building thermal power plant, achieve the construction of thermal power plants fundamental objective is "quality".(2) Describe the content of interface and analysis the interface causes to the project objectives, which is basic principles of the impact of technology. Researchs the interface of thermal power plant project cycle and by way of analysis the classification of technical, and one by one the construction of technical interfaces to establishment of technical interface management system and provide management objectives.(3) According to thermal power plant for the analysis of technical interfaces, which use of coordination management to structure interface coordination management system. The coordinated management system has three steps:firstly, determine the overall objective of the project. Secondly, decomposition of the core elements of the project technical interface and main influencing factors.lastly, proposed project management and organization management measures to provide a system, and which can to use by interface manager. (4) Illustrate the thermal power station Ⅱ of Yiyang, analysis the basic technical interface management found projectof process to more difficult in the construction. So use of core elements method to calculation and determine the main technical interface, and use of coordination、technical control and network integration to management many complex technical interface. The case of thermal power plants interfaces management to provide management information at future.
