Research Of Core Competitiveness Comprehensive Evaluation Of DW Thermal Tower Plant

With the deepening of economic globalization,enterprises are facing increasing competition pressure.Therefore core competencies are critical to help enterprises gain the sustainable development and maintain competitive advantage in the industry.During this period when the government vigorously advocated the green development concept and promote the clean energy power generation,survival pressure of thermal power generation enterprise continued increased.Therefore,it is very important to promote the further development of enterprises though enhance the core competitiveness of power generation enterprises.DW thermal power plant has been made a good development performance in the power generation business and heating business with years of rapid development.But with the national energy policy changes,the coal market fluctuations and increase the difficulty of electricity indicators and other status quo,the enterprises is facing new development problems.Therefore,in order to make the company further development,it is very meaningful to study the comprehensive evaluation of its core competitiveness.The topic of the thesis comes from the internal project of the company.The research aims are as follows:(1)the paper systematically identify the influencing factors of the core competitiveness of power companies and establish a core competitiveness evaluation index system;(2)the paper establish a comprehensive evaluation model for the core competitiveness of power companies;(3)the paper evaluate DW thermal power plant Core competitiveness,and propose corresponding measures to enhance competitiveness.First of all,this paper summarizes the research results of core competence,and the relevant theories of strategic management and core competence.Then,the internal and external environment of the company is analyzed in detail by using PEST method,five force model and SWOT analysis method.Secondly,the influencing factors of core competence are summarized,and the comprehensive evaluation index system of core competence is established by Delphi method.According to the status quo of the company,core competence comprehensive evaluation model was established by use of analytic hierarchy process and gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The AHP method is used to determine the weight of the index,and the gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to calculate score of the core competence.Finally,the core competence of the company is evaluated synthetically by using the established comprehensive evaluation model.According to the evaluation results,the paper analyzes the indexes of project management of the company by using the principle of maximum membership degree.Combined with the evaluation results and the issues in company core competence,core competitiveness measures were raised for the company to support its development.These measures are to enhance management capacity,cultivate human resources,improve market development ability and improve the incentive mechanismAt the same time,there are some deficiencies in this paper:(1)The comprehensive evaluation index system needs to be further optimized,and a comprehensive evaluation system based on quantitative indicators should be established;(2)In order to accurately evaluate the core competitiveness of DW thermal power plant,It is necessary to study a comprehensive evaluation method that combines quantitative assessment with qualitative assessment.
