With the development of China's thermal power industry,in response to the changes of national policies and market,China vigorously promotes the mode of cogeneration.In addition to power generation,it also uses the steam generated by power generation to supply heat to surrounding enterprises or residents.This mechanism of cogeneration greatly reduces the loss of cold sources,so the thermal efficiency is very high.The thermal power plant operating in this mode is called thermal power plant.The thermal power industry is striving to achieve the long-term development of the enterprise in the context of national good,while the problem of employee turnover is increasingly prominent.To study turnover intention is to pay attention to the psychological activities of employees before turnover.This implicit turnover intention contains many factors,which can predict and reduce the occurrence of turnover phenomenon.The research object of this paper is the technical employees in XF thermal power plant in the east of H city.Influenced by organizational culture,work pressure,salary and welfare,leadership management style,promotion and training and other factors,the turnover intention of technical employees is increasing day by day.XF thermal power plant takes a series of measures to retain talents,but limited by the rigid original talent management system of the enterprise,and the communication mechanism is not smooth Under the influence of other adverse factors,the turnover of technical employees has increased unabated.This paper introduces the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on employee turnover intention,explains the definition and related models of turnover intention and technical employees,and expounds the Maslow demand level and other incentive theories.Then,based on the detailed introduction of the current situation of technical employees in XF thermal power plant,it uses literature reading,interview and other methods to investigate and analyze,combing out XF thermal power plant The influencing factors of turnover intention of technical employees,and finally put forward countermeasures for the influencing factors of turnover intention of technical employees.
