A Study On Supply Chain Financing Integrity Risk

Supply chain finance is produced under the invironment of the economy globalization and industry chain clearness. It is the systematic financing arrangements for commercial banks and core enterprise to reach for all supply chain members.As an innovative financial tool,it not only brings new market and profit develop space,but also it improves the overall competitiveness of the supply chain. Supply chain finance realizes the bank and the enterprise’s mutual benefit.Under the invironment of the economic restructure and the control of the credit quota,the development of the supply chain finance is more and more quicker.But supply chain finance is different of the traditional means of financing characteristic,which brings new challenge of banks’control of risk.The supply chain finance puts the core enterprise’s good credit to the employee of the upstream and downstream,but it also can produce protential risks’quick spread in industry chain,forming the integrity risk of supply chain.With the range of the supply chain finance expanding and the scale enlarging,the problem of the integrity risk of supply chain finance is more importment.So,the research on the integrity risk of supply chain finance has its important realistic meaning.This dissetation is based on the integrity risk of the supply chain finance. It constructs integrity risk of the supply chain finance’s system of the assess index and uses grey comprehensive evaluation method to analyze its risk and makes an empirical analysis.The article is mainly divided into five parts. To understand the domestic and overseas scholars research status of supply chain finance risk,Part one combs related literature of supply chain finance, supply chain finance risk, and find the research direction and the focus.Part two, firstly summarize the connotation and the characritic of the integrity risk of the supply chain finance integrity risk,then research the advantage of the way of the gray integrative assess,which provides the methods and theoretical foundation.The three part, accord to the infulencial and index choosing principle of the risk,designs the system of the integrity risk of the supply chain finance and then uses the varimin method to choose and finally fix the intergrated system of the risk assess index including supply chain internal,core enterprise capability.industrial development and the macro environment.The four part, by using the method of AHP and gray comprehensive assess, builds the assess modle of the integrity risk of the supply chain,then uses the model to empirical analysis.The results show that:this model when it deals with the "data less uncertainty" problem has obvious advantages.The analysis course is objective and accurate,so the results will be more useful for commercial banks to make decisions.The five part,some advices about how to use assess modle of the integrity risk of the supply chain effectively are given on the basis of empirical analysis in the part four.
