The Internet technology development changes with each passing day,many traditional industries gradually applied advantage of the Internet technology to their own fields.The combination of traditional model of supply chain finance,commercial bank credit model and the Internet technology has formed on the basis of the online financial model of supply chain which is based on third-party B2B electric business platform.In such a model,commercial banks cooperating with third-party B2B ecommerce platforms provide the online supply chain financing services for financing companies in the supply chain.The combination of the Internet technology and supply chain can not only solve the problem of small and medium-sized enterprise financing difficulties,but also effectively reduces the information asymmetry between financing enterprises and commercial Banks and reduces the credit risk of commercial Banks.Since the emergence of this new model,the scale of the market has been expanding,and credit risk has been exposed as the scale of the market expands.The effective controls on credit risk not only affect the credit security of commercial Banks,but also determine whether the entire supply chain in this model can operate smoothly.For now,studies on supply chain finance in China is still incomplete,the current study mainly focus on the online supply chain finance,financing mode,the concept of supply chain risk identification,on-line financial participants earnings judgment,etc.There is little academician pay attention on the online supply chain finance credit risk which is based on the third-party B2B platform.At present,Demands of credit risk identification and evaluation of the third-party B2B online financial supply chain finance is more intense,but the studies in this field is less.This paper will focus on based on the third-party B2B online financial supply chain business model and use some theories analyzing credit risk and operational mechanism;Through the previous analysis,author will build a model which is integration of quantitative index and qualitative index combining risk evaluation index system;Finally,author will apply the model to one specific case,thereby verifying validity of the model.Through the research,this paper will draw the following conclusions,firstly,this paper will organize the related research literature of traditional supply chain finance and the third-party B2B platform online supply chain finance,combing the traditional supply chain finance and the third-party B2B platform online main business patterns.Secondly,this paper will use the principal-agent theory,system theory,information asymmetry theory,theory of financial fragility,the compensation theory and the theory of supply chain risk management analyzing the third-party B2B platform online supply chain finance,thereby providing theoretical support to subsequent credit risk identification and evaluation index system established.Thirdly,through the combination of the above theoretical analysis,this paper will establish the model of credit risk evaluation index system under the third-party B2B platform online supply chain finance.Fourthly,on the basis of the evaluation index system of credit risk,this paper will use the entropy weight coefficient method and gray comprehensive evaluation method to the actual case to participate in third-party B2B platform based online financing of supply chain finance business enterprise credit risk evaluation,verifying the validity of the credit risk evaluation system and practical applicability.At the same time,this paper will provide solutions to banks and platform checking financial risk in small and medium size enterprises.
