The Strategic Analysis And Research For Civilian Biomethane Project In Nanning

The energy crisis has been a serious threat to the development of the whole society as well as world peace and stability, and also becomes the major issues of the Governments’concern all over the world. In recent years, many kinds of energy problem like water-shortage and power-limit that causes by environmental contamination, has given a warning to us:China’s energy problem is facing a serious challenges. According to the guidance of "the12th Five-Year Plan" and some related policy, the relevant scientific research institutes and related companies have made some breakthrough in the development of biomass energy research. Using biogas to be the supplement or even replace the natural gas has become an important road to solve the energy problem and the development of biogas industry. But without purification processing, biogas can not be liquefied or compressed, thus can not achieve the economic transport. Therefore, this kind of biogas can only take the inefficient use of the generation of electricity or boiler burning on the spot. This also greatly limits the development of the biogas industry. The appear of biomethane has filled the most critical part of the chain to the biogas industrialization, so it can get into the energy market which has been long-term manipulated by fossil energy. In this paper, we analyze the development of the feasibility and necessity of the industrial biogas and biomethane project, from the point of view with the processing of the starch and alcohol production waste. We compare with the development of the domestic and foreign biomethane, and the use of raw materials and technologies, and then analyze the local resources and the supply and consumption of energy. We also use the PSET-SWOT analysis to deal with the competitiveness and development of biomethane projects in Nanning. Then, we introduce the trial operation of Ming Yang and AnNing starch factory in Nanning, from the parts of technical, the benefits of economy and environment and the market situation. Finally we propose some recommendations and countermeasures.
