Research On The Application And Development Countermeasures Of Rural Biogas In Lin'an City

Featured by low cost,abundant resources,being clean and hygienic,and high thermal efficiency,Biogas is a kind of clean energy that makes use of biomass.Therefore,no matter developed countries or developing countries,no matter energy-deficient countries or energy-rich countries,they all are studying and utilizing biogas in this respect.Some scholars have deeply analyzed the role of government policies on the adoption and use of biogas by farmers,and found that the construction rate of biogas digester will be increased with the increased proportion of subsidies to biogas in the construction cost of biogas digester.Other scholars have deeply discussed the family and social factors,and found that besides government policies,other social factors such as family income,family population and subjective discount rate also play an important role in the adoption of household biogas.Some scholars have conducted studies from a more macro perspective,and found that there are abundant natural resources that can be used for producing biogas in rural areas of China.At present,some problems are existed,such as low utilization rate of biogas,obvious regional differences and lack of follow-up services,etc.This paper takes Linan area with large mountainous area as the research object,and puts forward countermeasures for the problems existed during the development of biogas in Linan District from four aspects such as household biogas digester,large and medium-sized biogas digester,comprehensive utilization of biogas and follow-up services,with the purpose of promoting the healthy development of biogas application in rural areas of Linan District.Some studies believe that household biogas digesters are facing a fecal raw material crisis,which not only affects the use effect,but also abandons the development of household biogas due to lack of breeding in some rural areas.In addition,the difficult situation of building biogas digester without site is widespread in mountainous countryside.Some studies have also found that the problems such as the lagging service system,the imperfect rural energy institutions,the lack of technicians and the lack of effective management mechanism are becoming increasingly prominent,and the phenomenon of rebuilding and neglecting management is more serious.In this study,theoretical analysis and empirical analysis were used to study the development status of biogas in Linan rural area and it was found that there are still some problems during the development of biogas,which are mainly reflected in the following aspects:(1)Large difficulty in fund collection of household biogas digesters,single and insufficient raw materials,immature fermentation technology,unreasonable housing planning,improper maintenance and labor force shortage result in low equipment gas production rate and high abandonment rate;(2)There is high fund pressure in large and medium-sized biogas digester project construction.Besides,government support is not enough which makes great pressure for enterprises to sustain the project;(3)Insufficient propaganda and training,fewer typical demonstrations and lax quality control of biogas comprehensive utilization result in poor comprehensive utilization effect;(4)Follow-up services can not meet market demand.Less capital investment and service stations make it difficult to make profits,and it is hard for service teams to guarantee technology.In view of the existing problems,some scholars believe that household biogas should gradually develop towards the direction of centralized gas supply in villages and towns(joint villages);at the same time,we should get rid of the development mode of biogas mainly supported by the government and develop towards industrialization and marketization.On this basis,this study puts forward specific suggestions: Firstly,the project fund-raising methods of household biogas digesters should be improved.It is very important to develop new fermentation technologies actively,grasp winter management strictly,improve service system construction and strengthen equipment maintenance and village construction planning;Secondly,project construction essence of large and medium-sized biogas digesters should be changed,the government should increase government support and improve fund management methods;Besides,the equipment function of the comprehensive utilization of biogas should be improved,we should strengthen propaganda and the training of biogas utilization.Finally,follow-up services should be built and the Biogas Service network should be improved.We should try to use the outsourcing of biogas services,set up professional service teams,and increase the investment of Biogas Service funds.These have reference value for the development of biogas in Linan area and other places with large mountain area.
