In recent years, unexpected events occur frequently, such as China experienced successive Southern snow and ice storms of2008, the Lhasa incident and Wenchuan earthquake that happened on "5.12". These unexpected events has caused tremendous losses to China’s economic development. Meanwhile, the enterprises’emergencies occur frequently, for example:Sanlu milk powder incident in July2008, Shuanghui " clenbuterol"and "stained bread "even in the March2011, Taiwan "plasticizer" pollution events in May2011.This type of incident is different from the major public emergencies, it will inevitably have a significant impact to related businesses. Whatmatter it is,the business should learn how to cope with the inevitable incident and respond the external environment quickly and promptly. This paper aims to combine the results of public emergencies and analyze the variation of the incident and the enterprise incident’s effect to the financial performance. It will provide some advice on the action of company in the background of the incident.This article is divided into five chapters, the first chapter introduces the background and significance of the Topics in this article, and so on. The second chapter involved in the theories and methods of emergencies and emergency management, and introduces the analysis of the mechanism of the unexpected events affecting financial performance and the emergency management and the basic process. Chapter Ⅲ--the effect of incident on corporate financial performance-take Shuanghui of " clenbuterol " event as example to analyze impact of the events and infuluece on the the Shuanghui financial performance, which outbreak in March2011. Focus is the impact of" clenbuterol " events on the Shuanghui daily business activities and the stock market value. Chapter Ⅳ--enterprise financial management strategy to respond to emergencies, the main analysis methods and strategies before the outbreak of emergency and after the outbreak. The stratety should be taken. Chapter5--Conclusions and recommendations on this article, a brief summary on the inadequacies of this study.
