Risk management in project construction process is very important, through riskmanagement can be effective in avoiding or reducing risks, thereby reducing the risk to theproject after loss. Unpredictability of emergencies, disaster resistance, wide range of seriouslyaffected the normal production of human life, funding the construction of its special, specialconstruction program, the tight schedule, tasks, appears inevitable in the process of building awide variety of risks. Risk management includes risk identification, assessment, analysis, riskand effectively disposed of on that basis. Risk management integrated system of differentsubjects form different risk-sharing model. So said risk-sharing model is participating in theconstruction of the main station between the different interests of game results. Recoveryparticularities of the building makes it a high degree of concern, choice of appropriaterisk-sharing model to achieve project win-win for builders and project supervisors and projectusers and maximum benefit, which makes the recovery of risk-sharing mechanisms areparticularly important in the process of building. This program and the construction of understanding at home and abroad on the basis of riskmanagement, systems described construction projects under normal conditions concreteconstruction program of basic knowledge of theory and game theory. General build procedureon the basis of the study led to a sudden event of recovery projects under specific constructionprogram. This in-depth study of sudden incident recovery projects under construction earlydemonstration phase of the project, stage of project preparation, project implementation phaseas well as after the completion of project delivery and project evaluation of different stages ofdifferent stakeholders ’ such as stages, and all stages of the recovery in the construction processof the different participants in the analysis. And then through the different stages of differentstakeholders ’ analysis, identifying different stages and types of risks faced by differentstakeholders, using basic knowledge of game theory, building mathematical models, bymathematical models on different stages of different subjects to study the various types ofrisk-sharing mechanisms. For recovery reconstruction project’s risk-sharing mechanisms toprovide theoretical support, similar projects in the future allocation of risk management as areference.
