Research On Organization Innovation Of Unexpected Events In The Emergency Management Of Enterprises

For society as a whole, that it strengthens the emergency management, deals withall kinds of unexpected events and the timely processing, and solves variouscontradictions, has been a high degree of attention of governments. For the angle ofthe enterprise, the enterprise is the main responsibility for safety in production. Whenenterprises make the development of strategic planning for their own to seek theirown economic development and at the same time, they must assume socialresponsibility and safety pressure. Therefore, standing at different levels, not only topay attention to social emergencies emergency management research, we should alsopay attention to events of enterprises, because once the enterprise emergencies, notonly damage their own interests, but also affect the public life, property andenvironmental safety, and even affect the social stable.This thesis, from perspective of the enterprise emergencies emergencymanagement organization innovation, based on emergencies, emergency management,organizational innovation and other related theories as the theoretical foundation,using a large number of literature collection, questionnaire, data collection,conductsthe research of enterprise emergency management of organizational innovation, inaddition to the Perspective of industry level, industry at home and abroad electricalappliance industry management level and the organization level of organizationalinnovation of enterprise organization innovation research of emergency management.The research shows that this research can help enterprises to do the work ofemergency management of unexpected events.This paper consists of5parts: the first chapter is the introduction, which mainlyelaborates the research background, purpose and significance of research and researchsituation at home and abroad; the second chapter is a literature review that mainlyintroduces the crises, emergencies, emergency management, organizational innovationand other aspects of the theory; the third chapter is the analysis of the enterpriseemergencies emergency management, including emergency management environment,the typical experience, analysis of organizational innovation mode and strategies; thefourth chapter is the focus research of this chapter that includes mainly the industryperspective, electrical industry and the specific case of enterprise organizationinnovation; the fifth chapter is the summary and outlook, whose main contentincludes the summary, deficiency and limitation, the outlook of the future.
