According to discussion on development trend and operation mode for landscape industry, the actual combination of S-landscape Company, this article has made an overall strategy and in-depth research.First of all, the paper has carried out external environment analysis for S-landscape Company, including the macro-environment and industrial environment analysis. Macro-environment analysis uses the G-PEST method, identifies10key macro-factors by expert voting method, and concludes that S-landscape Company is facing with good opportunity. For example, with a broad and prospective market in peripheral provinces, national attention to environmental construction, government increasing fixed investment in2012, the requirements of landscape enterprises, the speeding up process of urbanization and landscape as important indicators for consumers to purchase housing. Industrial environment analysis uses Porter’s five forces analysis, makes a detailed analysis for other competitors, and identifies three major competitors, compared with rivals for power. EFE analysis shows S-landscape Company with higher abilities to utilize opportunities and avoid threats above average level.Secondly, analysis on internal conditions for S-landscape Company, including strategy premise conditions and value chain analysis, it has found the internal advantages and disadvantages. The passage thinks the company’s advantages as followed with more items qualification certification, seedlings resources advantage, having rich experience in municipal engineering area construction, good financial status, with strong ability of cost control, and as a relative larger scale company; while it exists some disadvantages including with slightly low overall management level, slack cohesion, insufficient innovation ability, the low quality of marketing team, and with low market share. On the basis of analysis of the external environment and internal conditions, it analyzes the alternative strategies of S-landscape Company via SWOT matrix analysis and have definite an overall strategy, mission, objectives, competitive strategies and business models.
