With the development of our social economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standard, business reception, conference and catering accommodation demand increased rapidly, the standard is also rising, the hotel industry is booming. In recent years, in order to meet the consumer demand of different groups of different standards, the hotel is also facing tighter policy guidance, including updating the intense competition within the industry and supporting technology fast operating pressure.ZZ hotel is the city’s first five Stars Hotel, was a leader in the industry, has a very high visibility and recognition in the local. With the development of Zhengzhou city economy and the adjustment of national policy, more and more international hotel brands have entered the city of Zhengzhou, caused a greater competitive pressure to ZZ hotel. At the same time, the ZZ hotel in the face of fierce competition in the market failed to adjust the strategy, the development of a severe situation. In this paper the stagnant state of development, from the aspects of the analysis, and tailored strategic adjustment programs, safeguard measures for the implementation of the implementation of the steps and, in order to solve the existing problems, to grasp the advantages, opportunities, weaknesses, remove the threat, help talent showing itself in the fierce competition in the market, create more the profits of the business, to make a greater contribution to society.This paper first introduces the purpose and significance, and research ideas and methods, and then introduces the development history of the ZZ Hotel and its current operating conditions. Then through to the ZZ hotel’s internal and external environment analysis, understand the present environment and pressure. On this basis, through the SWOT analysis method facing the ZZ Hotel and the advantages and disadvantages of opportunities and challenges, make feasible strategic plan and lay a solid foundation. According to the actual situation of ZZ Hotel, making "based in Henan, radiation Central Plains, for the country" vision, put forward "5320" strategic development plan. From strengthening the talent construction, strengthen the service management and risk management, revenue, detailed feasibility measures and methods are provided for the realization of strategic planning.
