The rapid development of science and technology, competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce, the more complicated of the information age, enterprise information, business executives in the decision-making is fuzzy and chaotic complex system, thendecision-making, showing the uncertainty, the moment the outbreak characteristics such as decision-making ability of the executives are facing huge challenges. Enterprise executives need to grasp on the decision-making within the external environment, global, fast, creative decision-making. In this way, the decision-making, rational and logical inference process has not fully adapt to a realistic and objective decision-making needs, and intuitive thinking, creative and dynamic flexibility function is worth studying.At present, the decision-making model to scientific goal, the establishment of follow optimization, rational, applicable ". Order to be able to create the perfect form of rigorous, logical decision-making model, the limits of the multi-dimensional "or the assumption that the" reasonable person ". In fact, the performance of the practice, the decision-makers are not entirely rational, that is, the existing theory can not fully explain the behavior of decision makers, decision-makers in reality the behavior is not fully comply with the theory of scientific decision-making. Cognition, theory of this phenomenon to continue in-depth study of traditional rational decision-making at the same time, the decision-making behavior to broaden the field of psychology and cognitive science research, focusing on non-rational decision-making behavior of decision makers, that is intuitive decision-making.Senior managers, intuitive decision-making ability of corporate executives into intuitive cognition, knowledge and experience, the four dimensions of decision-making effectiveness and emotional mood, and four dimensions into the corresponding fourfactor by univariate analysis method to study the impact of gender, age and other factors on the above factors, to arrive at the main factors of influence intuitive decision-making ability of executives, and make recommendations accordingly, enhance intuitive decision-making ability of corporate executives. The full text is divided into five chapters, the main contents are as follows:The main conclusions drawn in this paper:the intuitive decision-making ability of executives are many reasons, including intuition, knowledge and experience, decision-making effectiveness and emotional mood of the four dimensions is the most important; instincts of corporate executivesdecision-making ability to influence significant factors include age, industry, firm size and the number of correct hunches on the important things; in addition, intuitive decision-making ability of corporate executives have a certain influence factors including qualifications, professional, and post; executivesintuitive decision-making capacity without significantly affected by factors including gender, the corporate nature and the number of training received; intuitive decision-making executives, the experience is a key factor affecting their decision-making.
