With the advent of the era of Internet big data, traditional rational decision-making has been strongly supported at the information level, which has made the various types of analysis models increasingly valued by the organizations. However, big data is based on the correlation between things, mainly for the past experienced events, difficult to provide the corresponding data in unknown areas. Therefore, with the increasing uncertainty and dynamic complexity of the environment, the rational decision-making model relying on past experience is hard to cope with the challenges posed by the current era of Internet information.Scholars are gradually turning their attention to intuitive decision-making to explore a new path for making effective decision-making.However,in current researches, the evaluation of the role of intuitive decision is different. The existing researches mainly focus on the content of individual intuition and the validity of intuitive decision-making.The research discussion of intuitive decision-making needs to be further studied. Therefore, this paper intends to form a correct understanding of intuitive decision-making at the theoretical level and help organizations to find out effective ways to make good decisions by clarifying the level of intuitive decision-making and the way of intuition at various levels, exploring the path of initiative-induced intuition.Through combing the research contents of intuition decision-making in the fields of management, psychology and brain neuroscience, this paper integrates the intuition types in different research perspectives and divides intuitive decision-making into four levels, the surface of biological evolution-led Intuition, the shallow of experience-led intuition, the deep of emotion-led intuition, and the core-level of underlying assumptions dominates intuition. The first part of the article is about the intuitive organization-level discussion.Management that studies on intuitive decision-making began from Barnard's discussion in the early 20th century, and still continues to bias intuition as an individual attribute. However,on the one hand, because individuals are embedded in a specific organizational environment, their behaviors and perceptions are influenced by the orgatnizational level;on the other hand, the members in the organization have behavior and cognition in common. Thus, there is the organizational intuition.Western scholars Samba,Miller et al.(2015)have made preliminary discussions on intuition at the collective level.Based on this, this article further enriches the contents and type hierarchy of organizational intuition and explores the influencing factors of organizational intuition. The second part analyzes the process of intuitive decision-making from a dynamic perspective and discusses its relationship with rationality, breaking through the static perspective of intuition research. The existing analysis and discussion mostly regards intuition as a way of thinking, and makes the final decision as a node, discussing in what situation intuitive decision-making is more effective. From this perspective, intuition and reason become two independent thinking systems, ignoring the mutual promotion of the two. Many studies by scholars such as Simon and Klein regard intuition as the recognition of individual experience. However,as the accumulation of personal experience is greatly affected by the external environment and individual qualifications, scholars have only come up with ways to accumulate experience, but fail to come up with a path to effectively develop and enhance their intuitive decision-making capabilities. The model of knowledge spiral transformation clarifies the transformation process of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge at the individual and organizational levels. The study can be used to analyze the interaction between intuition at the organizational and individual levels and between intuition and rational analysis. The third part mainly refers to the improvement of intuition ability.By clarifying the inducement of intuitive decision-making at different levels and combining with the traditional oriental culture,we explore ways to enhance the ability of intuitive decision-making.The related researches of quantum mechanics have fully proved that the mind of the subject owns the power of shaping the external world, and the different consciousness can make the external world appear differently, that is,the external world is derived from the subjective consciousness of the individual. From the intuition-level,the deep and core-level intuition derives from one's mind,so we control the level of the ability of intuitive decision by controlling the value concept of the subject to help the decision-maker to make a good decision. In Chinese excellent traditional culture,Confucianism takes"benevolence" as the core, and the Buddhism breaks self-determination and emphasizes "emptiness" and "absence of self." The Taoist emphasis on "harmony between man and nature" and "complying with nature" From two dimensions shape the individual's cognition, the essence is to guide the personal initiative in order to enable individuals to make good behavior decisions,so the intuition appears naturally. This paper not only divides the four levels of intuition decision-making,analyzes and discusses the intuition at the organizational level, but also introduces the knowledge transformation model to analyze the dynamic process of intuitive decision-making and introduces the quantum mechanics to explain the operational mechanism and the corresponding development path. However, the article mainly discusses the intuitive decision-making at the theoretical level, lacking detailed empirical data analysis to confirm the conclusion. In addition,as a conscious level of consciousness decision-making,its research is closely related with psychology, neuroscience, cognitive science and other multi-disciplinary research, also related to the philosophical aspects of thinking, and thus further research in the interdisciplinary analysis should be enhanced.
