With the using of math model and computer wildly, the decision-making results become more rational in the research of traditional decision-making theory. The deciders have to hold vast information to modeled everything in the process. However, with the competitive environment and less information, people have been aware that decision-making is not a pure reasoning process. Under the pressure of time and crisis, there are more intuitive factors in the decision-making process. Therefore, intuition impact on the results of decision-making.Under the background, we analyze and arrange the research outcomes and put forward the concept of intuitive decision-makings and we also summarize the theory base of it. By comparing the rational and intuitive decision-making, we consider they are two side of one thing and the intuitive decision-making is the parts of decision-making theory. We investigate the case of using intuitive decision-making in fact and make use of SPSS 11.5 to deal with them. The conclusions indicate some factors impact on the intuition decision-making. These factors include gender, ages, duty, administrator level, diploma, enterprise property, technical post, training, forecast. We create the intuitive decision-making model basing on theory research and questionaries. The experience is the core and we also explain the factors in the model. We suggest that enterprise make use of fuzzy model to evaluate the intuitive ability of manger. At last, we analyze the deviation in the process of intuitive decision-making and how to overcome them. Meanwhile we show the methods to improve the intuitive decision-making.
