| This paper is based on the theory of project management and permeated with thetheory of Human Resources Management. The aim of the paper is to systematize andmethodize the enterprise oriented training programs conducted by Qingdao Instituteof Technology ERP laboratory in order to make them adapt to the actual situation byanalyzing and elaborating the programs according to the theories of Project ScopeManagement, Project Time Management and Project Cost Management.This paper attempts to combine Project Management Theory and HumanResource Training Management Theory to systematize and scientize the trainingprocess. Meanwhile, the paper also opens up a new way for school-enterprisecooperation to some extent. Namely, enterprises send their employees to colleges anduniversities for improvement and the educational institutions in turn get the chance tofully utilize their ERP laboratories and teacher resources. By way of providingscientific and systematic training for employees, it is truly a win-win program thatbenefits both enterprises and the colleges and universities.This paper consists of six parts.The first part focuses on the background and significance of related theoriesreferring to the construction of ERP laboratory, the management of college trainingprogramme and project management.The second part concentrates on related theories of project training, projectmanagement, and ERP laboratory construction, and makes theoretical explanation oftraining principles, project plan and execution, and related regulations about themanagement of college and university laboratory.The third part analyzes the present situation of the ERP laboratory training ofQingdao Institute of Technology, and discusses the achievement and defect of it indetail.The fourth part is the major part of the paper and takes efforts to establish a management system for the ERP training program in allusion to Qingdao Institute ofTechnology. It tries to perfect the training management system by analyzing thetraining requirements, confirming the managing scope and emphasizing on managingthe training progress and expense.The fifth part is the evaluation of the training project. To start with, it explainsthe meaning and the status of evaluating programs in the cause of confirming thepractical value and significance and rules to follow during the evaluation. Then, ittries to establish the evaluation system and identifies the valuation area, and giveexplanations to evaluation process and methods. Lastly, this part tries to analyze theproblems and suggest related solutions.The final part comes to the conclusion about the whole training activities andthe training programme, then provides suggestions for the further development oftraining programmes.The literature review method, case analysis method, empirical approach,normative analysis method and other writing methods have been employed in thethesis, along with the methods of combining theory with practice and quantitativeanalysis with qualitative analysis. By taking the enterprises oriented trainingconducted by the ERP laboratory as its research object, the paper then analyzes andsuggests possible solutions to the training problems by employing the theories oftraining manegement and programme management. Based on the situation of theactual training programme of Qingdao Institute of Technology, it aims to putforward valuable suggestions for futher training courses.This study intends to provide a training system and evaluation system ofschool-enterprise cooperation for Qingdao Institute of Technology which adapts to theparticular development of it and helps it open up a new model of cooperation withenterprises. During the construction process of training system This paper tries tomake full use of the advantages of project management, set specific goals for training,put subprojects in good order, evaluate the subprojects’ duration and plan for trainingprogrammes. As a model of school-enterprise invested cooperation, a trainingprogramme must pay attention to its training expense’s planning and formation, thus it should prepare detailed project schedule and control the cost effectively. |
