Research On The Partners Selection For Enterprise-university-institute Cooperation

With the technical progress and the competition vigorously in global market, modern enterprise have to practice innovating technology continuously to heighten core competitive ability and advantages of sustainable competition. Enterprise-university-institute cooperation is one of the most important accesses to enterprise technological innovation. Chinese enterprise-university-institute cooperation has been developed rapidly in recent years with the deeply development of the scientific and technological system reformation. It has important significance for Chinese enterprise-university-institute cooperation development to make deep research. At the present time, the domestic and abroad scholars' research of enterprise-university-institute cooperation summarize some theory level as the body, mechanism, the model, and etc. They don't research the partners selection problems of the cooperation deeply. Based on the above-mentioned conditions, the dissertation refers the coherent methods of the partners selection of strategic alliance and virtual enterprises, according to the characteristic of enterprise, university and institute, puts forward a method that is suitable for enterprises to select partners among universities and institutes. The whole paper is made up of five parts:The first chapter mainly introduces the research background, the purpose of this paper, and it also expounds the domestic and abroad present research of the coherent field. Then introduce the research thinking of this paper.The second chapter introduces the basic theory of enterprise-university-institute cooperation, includes the concept, the model, the connotation, essential characteristic and the relation between enterprise-university-institute cooperation and technological innovation.The third chapter introduces the principle and the basic theory of the partners selection for the enterprise-university-institute, and it also introduces the methods that uses in the other research field of partners selection. Then propose a suitable method.The fourth and fifth chapters are the main body of this paper. In the fourth chapter, at first using relation theory to filtration, then according FCE to collate the partners preparing for the next chapter.The fifth chapter develops a multi-objective programming model, in which cite zero-one integer programming to express whether candidate be selected. Model resolution reflect how to distribution the whole development traffic. What's more, this model using fuzzy mathematics method to get potential targets weights, more accord with the practical situation..
