Research On Technology Innovation Of Private Manufacturing Enterprises

Complied with the trend of economic globalization and revolution in science and technology, the central government displays the independent innovation to the core position of national strategy and put forward a goal to turn China into an innovative country by2020. The transformation of enterprise management mode based on technological innovation is the key step to strengthen the independent innovation. It is also the only way to building an innovative country. Private manufacturing enterprises play an important role in creating jobs and supporting economy. With the characteristics of operating independently and being full responsible for profits and losses, it is significant for private manufacturing enterprises to conduct technological innovation.With the rapid development of the market economy, the private economy plays an increasingly important role in the national economic development. Private manufacturing enterprises make up a majority of Chinese economy. Besides, these enterprises are burdened with85percent of Chinese new employment population. However, despite the rapid development, Chinese private manufacturing enterprises have not been able to become greater, stronger and more precise. Much of this is due to the lack of innovation resources and innovation ability. Chinese private manufacturing enterprises are developing rapidly. However, few companies have the ability to conduct technological innovation and industrialize the achievements. Therefore, the research of technological innovation in private manufacturing enterprises has very important realistic significance. Specifically, it can not only improve the competitiveness of enterprise itself, but also indicate the great significance for improving industrial and national innovation capacity.This paper begins with the elaboration of technology innovation, technology alliance and production-education-research cooperation. Then it introduces the existing technological innovation models of Chinese private manufacturing enterprises based on some related studies. After that, it analyzes the current situation and points out the bottleneck of resources, technology, management and policy in the process of technological innovation. In order to make the research more targeted and applied, this article analyzes H company as a typical case, summarizes its experience and presents suggestions for Chinese private manufacturing enterprises to enhance the ability of technological innovation. This paper argues that companies should attach importance to the introduction of talent, carrying out research cooperation and improving the management. Meanwhile the government should support, including building financial support system, strengthening intellectual property protection and sounding technology markets.This paper focuses on the case study and tries to figure out H company’s impetus and approach to change from low-lever processing enterprises to sci-tech enterprises through production-education-research cooperation. This research provides feasible theoretical guidance for small and medium enterprises in technological innovation. What’s more, the study also provides reference for government to formulate policies.
