With China’s economic development, the level of domestic manufacturingautomation is rising. Market increasing demand for high-end equipment such asinverter products, and thus led to the rapid development of the inverter industry.While with the homogenization of the product, price competition, in order toimprove product profitability, improve market competitiveness, enterprises takeservice as a product extension, take service differentiation strategy.This paper takes inverter company service as the object of study. There are twoparts in the paper.Firstly, associate with the feature and the development of inverter industry, thispaper put forward four service models of inverter, such as “Product+Accessorialservice”,“Value-added service”,“Total solution” and “Removal manufacturing”. Foreach service model, the paper discusses the development and service choice ofinverter companies, the service need of target markets, and the feature of thisservice model.Secondly, this paper put forward the way to choose service model. And useSWOT matrix based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP), Boston matrix to analyzeservice Synergy model. Since inverter companies have different stages ofdevelopment, different target markets, they will select different service model. Howto select a right service model? The paper use SWOT matrix based on AHP, to analyzeenterprises interior environment, according to the four service model, a primaryservice model is selected. Then Boston matrix is used to find the superior productand target market. At last, combining the two elements, design the service Synergymodel. Inverter companies could use the service Synergy model to choice the servicemodel, and analyze if the service model could fit the company. Companies also coulduse the service model to optimize their service strategy and lead the customers’ service need.Base on real case study, this paper will have references to many invertercompanies in management of service strategy, avoidance of price war and promotionof customers’ loyalty degree...
