The main content of this thesis is to research system interoperability evaluation approach based on service parts logistics system of engineering equipment. First of all, it discussed the characteristics of service parts logistics system in after-sales market by analyzing its difference with product logistics system. Then, according to the current operation status of service parts logistics system and its existing problems, it analyzed the collaboration need of after-sales parts logistics. Then it posed two methods from two aspects assessed the service parts logistics system's interoperability. The first approach uses entropy information measurement method from the system structure point of view, to evaluate service parts logistics system's interoperability. The second method uses synergy theory from the perspective of system collaboration, established evaluation system, and calculated the system synergy degree. Finally, taking logistics system of a Cummins subsidiary as a sample, two methods were used to calculate the degree of coordination. And after evaluating the results, it came to a conclusion of: under the same operation mode, the more number of sub-sectors, the lower coordination efficiency a system make. This thesis compared the two methods' pros and cons as well. Finally, this thesis poses its expectation for China's after-sales parts logistics; wish it will go more collaborative.
