In recent years, China has achieved food for eight consecutive years ’ income,stable supply of agricultural products. In the case of agricultural products to increaseproduction, farmers not only failed to achieve income, while consumers complainabout high prices of agricultural products. The reason many of them poor circulationof agricultural products is one of the most important reason. In this paper, theCangshan Garlic circulation, for example, attempts to analyze the problems that existin the circulation of agricultural products. The purpose of this study is the analysis ofcosts and profits of garlic circulation process in all aspects of a profound analysis ofthe cause of the high garlic circulation costs, thereby to control the flow of the cost offeasibility proposal. The research method for the case study method of the selectCangshan garlic, garlic producers, farmers brokers, wholesalers and retailers in-depthinterviews, survey the five parts of the garlic in circulation-the production chain,procurement links, transport links, the wholesale segment and retail sectors, and toobtain first-hand information on the distribution of costs and profits of eachcirculation.This study found that the highest cost of the retail chain and wholesale segment,accounted for48.13%and39%of the total distribution costs, transport andprocurement chain is only13%of the total distribution costs. In retail, the booth fee istoo high, the circulation of the link, which accounted for40.46%of the retail aspectsof the booth fee; in the wholesale segment, market management fees caused by thecirculation of the aspects of the high cost of the main reasons, including marketmanagement charges accounted for82.61%of the wholesale segment..
