Research On The Appraisal Of China National Sugar And Alcoholic Commodities Fair

National Sugar and Alcoholic Commodities Fair titled "the world first",undergone several years of development with productive forces in China. Theeconomic reform has gone through nearly one cycle and made outstandingcontributions to China’s rum industry; driving effect on the host city’s economyshould not be underestimated. Exhibition assessment in China is becoming morecommon, view of the rum industry characteristics and great influence. Theevaluation system of ordinary exhibition to put the rum does not fully andobjectively evaluated. This paper described the domestic and international exhibitionassessment theory, the existing assessment system, the characteristics of rum, andtried to establish strong professional rum project evaluation system.First of all, the paper described the background, theoretical and practicalsignificance of the research purpose; and also the brief history of the rum in themain content.Secondly, the different interests of the rum and interests of all parties related tothose requirements; and try to develop the requirements according to variousstakeholders on various aspects of the rum. The rum project evaluation system forthe assessment rules focus on the interests of the different interest groups.To develop the rum project evaluation system weight matrix is used afterseveral consecutive years and follow-up survey on the rum, and also obtained thequestionnaire data, that combined with the rum project evaluation system, thequantitative criteria, intuitive assessment of success and shortcomings of each rum,and the same host city and host cities of similar rum aspect contrast of this articleassessment system to objectively evaluate the previous work, and the next work to provide guidance.Finally data analysis and evaluation of the work investigation after the fall in2010, the83rd National Sugar and Alcoholic Commodities Fair (Jinan), intuitivelyand clearly illustrate how to use this rum project evaluation system as practicalguidance and suggested refining way and the important indicators in the formationof rum evaluation system for different units.
