According to the statistics, small and medium-sized enterprises in Chengdu,stay mainbody more than95%of the total number of market, absorbs a large number of employmentpopulation. Chengdu small medium-sized enterprises as economic growth and socialdevelopment and innovation of science and technology important strength. At the same time,and small medium-sized enterprises attracted the domestic enterprises of chengdu importantcarrier. As a large, the rapid development and need government support of enterprise groups,to research the small middle enterprises in chengdu employees for harmonious relations hasimportant significance. This paper was based on this background puts forward the proposition,Through the investigation and analysis of the influence to the enterprise employee relationsimportant factors, classify analysis, then discusses how to construct a harmonious employeerelationship problems, and finally form a harmonious employee relations five integrated.This paper is divided into seven parts. The first and second chapter basically explain thepurpose, significance and related concept definition, as well as summarized home and abroadsmall medium-sized enterprise employee relations and the status of development, introducedin this paper,besides the idea and research methods; The third chapter of chengdu small andmedium enterprises employee relations in investigating the present situation of sorting data,this paper analyzes the small and medium enterprise chengdu employee relationship problems;The fourth chapter of small and medium-sized enterprises from chengdu staff relationsexisting problems, classification problems found five reasons and make analysis; Chapter5based on small and medium-sized enterprise employee relations exist chengdu five reasons,five integrated construction in order to achieve the purpose of constructing the harmoniousemployee relations, layer upon layer the analysis result shows that the progressive five morescientific and reasonable; Chapter6emphatically from the five an integrated analysis,analysis of the building scientific and reasonable, and its enterprise development andemployee relations has what function;The last part of draw the conclusion: establishment of the Labour relationshipmanagement, human resources management, enterprise communication mechanism, theemployee participation in management, enterprise culture of these five, melts the employeerelationship as a whole, and finally form a five integrated system of small and medium-sizedenterprises to promote harmonious employee relations in chengdu, and to the long-termstability and development.
