Small And Medium-sized Enterprise Community Responsibility Research Under The Vision Of Constructing Harmonious Society

Small and medium-sized enterprise is an organic constituent of the social system, the cell of the national economy, the main body of the market economy,the inventor of the public wealth,and the pusher of the social progress. It is displaying a very important function for the entire country's economic and social development. But we should also see that in our country some small and medium-sized enterprises don't undertake the community responsibility,pollute environment, evade tax, delay wages, neglect security and entrap customer. These behaviors caused to conflict contradictory between enterprise and staff, enterprise and consumer, enterprise and investor as well as enterprise between natural environment. The third part mainly discusses in our country what is the present situation,and why some small and medium-sized enterprise don't undertake the community responsibility. Because of the small and medium-sized enterprise highly survival pressure , light community responsibility consciousness, employee bad Uygur power consciousness in our country and regional protectionism,it caused frequent staff benefit violation event, massive fake and shoddy commodity, destructed tecological environment and so on. The fourth part emphatically analyzes how to strengthen enterprise's community responsibility in the view of constructing the harmonious society. On the one hand we must consummate the external environment of community responsibility. We must strengthen the propaganda, build the intense atmosphere about CRS in the entire society;We must establish perfect laws and regulations system;We must format magistrate achievement appraisal system that gives dual attention to the economic efficiency and the social efficiency. On the other hand we should perfect the internal mechanism that small and medium-sized enterprise carries out the community responsibility.
