Study On Commercial Sustainable Development Of China’s Village Banks

The emergence of village banks has changed the originar reform ideas from the "stock"reform into an "ineremental" refor,it is the reform of China rural financial institulions in the history of innovations,which is marking rural banker and financial institution will be deserved a new stage of developmen in China.And the village bank’s sustainable and profitable has special significance to rural financial reform in sloving issues of rural economic development.The four major indicators of sustainable development of village and town is the ability of bank to mobilize saving, profitability, the ability to defant risk,consist in servicing rural maket. the measures to solve the four major problem are strengthening policy support, innovation of financial product and service, stuff ability construct, strengthen bank regulation.Different problem affect the bank’s different factor of bank development. the degree of the improtant has decide which one is our emphasis to focus on.This paper This paper is divided into five chapters. the whole idea is to establish AHP model to decide which one is more important that affect the banker’s heathly development. And give some useful recommendations based on the result.Chapter1.to introduce the backgroud and signifinance of the birth of village bank.Chapter2. to define the concept of village bank and analysis about the present situation of village bank in our country.Chapter3. to analysis the problems encounterted by village bank. And to decide the four problems are The lack of deposit source, Profitability is not high, Diviate the rural market location, Be lack of risk defence. And dicuss the mutual relationship between the problems.Chapter4.to establish model to comfirm the result based on AHP.Today for the better health development, comparing the four problems to improve the profitability is the most improtant.The share is0.522,the second is risk defence,it’s share0.278.And then0.141is the deposit’s share.market location account0.059. The measure’s proption is that policy support share0.34;prove product and service share0.27enhancing staff team-building share0.14;strengthening banker supervision share0.24.Finally,with the village bank’s strong investment in innovation.the bank should adjust strategy according to the change of actual condition.
