Nowadays, the card with’chief’,’advanced’is becoming more and more common.This phenomenon of virtual high title is called’title inflation’. When we see’chief apology officers’,’chief security officer’of the title, they may be just the personnel of the service, security guard and support staff.’Inflation’is a economics vocabulary,and we all know that where there is inflation, where there will be devalued. Inflation has started to affect all our work and study in every aspect. At present, however,the related scientific theory about title inflation is extremely limited and domestic related research is a blank. Therefore, further study on job title inflation is a highly theoretical significance and practical significance of major issue.The generation of title inflation have the certain social factors and economic factors. This paper, from the angle of the theory,adopting normative research,uses social stratification theory, social learning theory and the theory of information asymmetry theory to view an analysis on the title inflation.This paper is divided into5parts,6chapters,and the specific contents are as follows:The first part of chapter includes the first and the second chapter, the two chapters of this paper mainly introduced the research background, the research significance, the domestic and foreign relevant research review and the train of thought.Then introduces various theories that may be used in the subsequent chapters of this article and therefore solve the fundamental theoretical work for follow-up study to lay the foundation. Among them, the cooperative principles, social stratification theory and social learning theory is mainly described. Because in the following theoretical analysis they will be key to use.The second part includes chapter3.In this chapter,first of all,the paper makes a simple introduction to the development of our country,then use the information control theory and the cooperative principles to define the tile inflation. The third part includes chapter4, this chapter and the next chapter is the focus of this paper.This part uses various theory,including the information asymmetry theory,social stratification theory and occupational prestige theory to make a comprehensive analysis to title inflation.The fourth part includes chapter5,this chapter is divided into two sections, and separately from the breadth and depth of view on inflation to individuals and society of the impact of the deeply analyzed. In the first quarter on the breadth,it uses social learning theory of three-dimensional reciprocal determinism to analyzes the social diffusion mechanism of title inflation,and lays a theoretical foundation for further analysis.The second quarter in depth discusses the influence bringed by different degree of title inflation,and come to the conclusion that high degree of title inflation is bad to the company.The fifth part including chapter6, mainly divided into two parts.The first part is some revelation; The second part is the insufficiency and the research prospect.This paper’s contributions include the following aspects:(1) For the academic contribution is concerned, first of all, for the first time in domestic it makes a standard research to title inflation, and from the height of the theory it discusses, all the causes of inflation;secondly,this paper makes a more detailed definitions to title inflation and defines in four aspects of the cooperative principles separately;thirdly,the effect bringed by title inflation is discussed on the breadth of view and on the depth aspect respectively.This is the first time in academia;(2)In the meaning of practice,this paper puts forward some corresponding suggestions for the enterprise and the fresh university graduates.The main conclusions are as follows:(1) titles,as a screening of the identity of signal functions,will be more and more weak;(2) title inflation will gradually alters the present situation of occupational prestige;(3) title inflation will corrupt social good faith;(4) title inflation will be intensified;(5)higher title inflation will be bad to enterprise.
