With the development of Web2.0and communication technology, intelligent mobile phone and mobile communications equipment in the Chinese spread widely, Chinese users scale up to6.18million, mobile phone users scale up to5million, and instant messaging, micro-blog, Micro message, forums, podcasts and other Internet information dissemination tools is becoming a new platform for people to share, evaluation, discussion, communication the communication equipment and Internet technology, so the use of new social media tools for learning has become an important branch of based on informal learning, and application of great potential to form a new form of learning in the enterprise. However, the huge information resources into how learning resources? Employee learning how to have a definite object in view? Take the path of what kind of learning? These problems will become the original intention of this paper, namely the use of social media to promote the transformation of enterprise mode of learning, and to guide the enterprise learning practice.In this paper, by using the method of questionnaire and the targeted design research method, based on the research of the original social media concept, elaborated the concept of social media, specifically analyzes the communication characteristics of the industry enterprises and the requirements of knowledge, discusses the unique advantages of communication enterprise employees to use social media to learn new possess, and puts forward the design planning mode communication enterprise learning content, make the enterprise employee self learning and organizational management, the establishment of public learning platform, learning resources for the acquisition, integration, evaluation, selection, the multi-channel learning forms of continuous optimization and improvement of knowledge workers and knowledge management capabilities, to maximize employee willingness to learn the learner, rapid accumulation of experience, knowledge, and rich resources of learning organization in the interactive learning, and finally, the new social media learning evaluation model of the effect andbrings to the enterprise development benefits.The use of social media study constructs a new learning pattern for the enterprise, innovation is the concept of learning, break through the limitations of time and space, make learning everywhere. At the same time, this new mode of learning is the effective management of the enterprise knowledge, promote the corporate learning effect transformation, promote the enterprise learning organization construction, as employees laid a good foundation for lifelong learning.
