In 2015,the country put forward the policy of supply side reform,mainly through the adjustment of the supply side,including the adjustment of the structure,focusing on improving the quality,efficiency and efficiency of the supply side.Enterprises tend to talk more about the demand side,through the demand side of investment,resources,etc.to stimulate consumption,to determine the market.The supply side reform reflects the national strategic level,but also very down to earth.As the business transformation to "go to inventory,cost reduction,efficiency",also to the pursuit of "efficiency driven",and to achieve "efficiency driven",we must hold the determined to do subtraction.China's manufacturing industry since the reform and opening up has achieved great development,the total index of some industries has reached the highest level in the world,but China's manufacturing industry wage growth is slow,is still at low level compared with the developed countries and even some developing countries,far from.The long-term low wage level is not conducive to the improvement of the welfare level of the workers,but also is not conducive to the optimization of the industrial structure of China's manufacturing industry and the improvement of international competitiveness.With the issue of income distribution has been widely concerned by all parties,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to discuss how to establish a scientific and reasonable wage growth mechanism of manufacturing industry.According to the nature of the industry,China's manufacturing industry to the 29 industry segments belong to the labor-intensive,capital intensive and technology intensive three departments,cointegration vector autoregression model(VECM)and panel data model(Panel Data Mode),combined with China's wage reform process in decision theory the related salary under the guidance of the analysis by means of quantitative and qualitative methods respectively.The growth mechanism of China's manufacturing industry to the overall and sect oral wages do empirical.High wage level is the internal motivation to promote the upgrading of the industrial structure,which can promote the industry by the three mechanisms of income supply,income,demand,cost and profit.The low wage level of China's manufacturing industry has led to the slow progress of the industrial structure,and the overall structure is irrational,which hinders the economic development.This paper mainly adopts the research method of combining field investigation and theoretical analysis,the wage theory combined with field investigation,which factors more real and more comprehensive analysis of the enterprise wage growth and influence.On the one hand,the author participated in the related research topics,conducted field research,research contents include manufacturing,mining industry,textile industry and other industry wages,occupation training,employment situation,grasp the first-hand information,the article concludes that China's manufacturing industry will continue to deepen the reform of the formation of market regulation mainly,the wage growth mechanism of policy adjustment,implementation of wages and labor productivity growth,so that the majority of workers to enjoy more of the fruits of economic and social development,and the ultimate realization of China's manufacturing industry optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and international competitiveness.
