As process of society and awakeness of employee’s self-consciousness, people-oriented is no longer a simple slogan,but instead of that it is recognized by people,enterprise,even all of society. So,quality of work life(QWL) could be a kind of phenomenon that reflect the need of society.As this concept put forward,it caught a lot of attention of scholar all around the world, the theoretical system was also gradually maturity.With the high-speed development of China’s internationalization,a large number of foreign enterprises come into China,accompany with a lot of foreign people living in the China.They tend to have higher ability and new conceptjust like a shot for the enterprise.They contribute their underestimate power for the development and innovation of the enterprise.Therefore, the felt QWL of foreign people working in the China is closely related to the employee’s work satisfaction.Due to their high professional quality,the satisfaction could not have a large effect on formal organization behavior.but may be reflected on the outside role behavior.This study is based on the city of ChengDu,which is the leader of city that take the great western development strategy.We choose employee working in the high-tech zone as the main research objectunderstanding the difference between ChengDu and their countries,and discussing the relationship happened in the QWL and OCB of foreign people working in the ChengDu of China.The main line of this study was completed by six parts.The first part, carried out relevant research background, significance, of the ideas and methods, of the lack of a comprehensive line of innovation and describes clearly the purpose and direction.The second part of this study is the previous literature review and synthesis research.The third part of this article explains the research in this study, content and research methods.The fourth part of this paper is mainly empirical analysis of this study process.The fifth part is an elaboration of this research and analysis.The last part is the main shortcomings of this study to reflect on, and follow-up studies could be carried out prospects.
