The enterprise is in more and more fierce competitive environment with the advent of the era of knowledge economy,in order to get advantage in the competition,they need their employees to quotation and make recommendations for the development of the enterprise actively.Employees' advice,as one behavior of the organizational citizenship behavior,can promote the organization learning,promote rapid response to environmental changes and plays a vital role in the organization's innovation.therefore,how to encourage the employees to recommendation becomes one of the hottest spot for the research of scholars.In the development of nearly 10 years,the domestic scholars have made some progress on the antecedent and consequence variables in the study of advice behavior,some scholars also have carried on the related research such as the organizational justice,organizational trust,and employee advice,but few scholars make research to take organizational justice,organizational trust and staff recommendations together and study the relationship of the three.Previous studies have shown that organizational trust is one of the important outcome variables of organizational justice,and organizational trust can promote employees' voice behavior.This paper takes enterprise employees as the research object,aims to research on organizational justice,organizational trust and the relationship between the employee's voice behavior,and research the intermediary role of organizational trust between organizational justice and employees suggestions.Based on the organizational justice on four dimensions:procedural justice,distributive justice,information justice,interpersonal justice,and organizational trust in three dimensions:enterprises trust,leadership trust,colleagues trust,and employee advice in two dimensions:promotive voice and prohibitive voice.Through effective questionnaire survey of 239 employees,we got following conclusions:in addition to gender,employees different individual statistical variables for employees' organizational justice,organizational trust and staff advice behavior exist certain differences of cognition.Correlation analysis found that organizational justice,organizational trust and employee advice behavior are have significant correlation between each other;Regression analysis further verifies the prediction effect of the organizational justice on organizational trust and staff advice behavior,and the prediction effect of organizational trust on employee voice behavior,at the same time,regression analysis indicates that organizational trust plays partial intermediary role between organizational justice and employee voice behavior.Based on the research conclusion,we can see that the employees' organizational justice perceptions can not only be a direct positive influence on employees' advice behavior,can also effect employees' behavior through the bridges of the organizational trust.Therefore,enterprises should pay attention to the improvement of employees' organizational justice perception,and pay attention to constructing the organization atmosphere of trust to effectively promote the employees'voice behavior.
