Organizational Citizenship Behavior(OCB) is the one that employee performs in the daily work life.It is distinguished from the work behavior that stipulated in the formal work contract.There is no obvious significant association with the incentive system,but actually,it has great essential effect on the organizational performance.Although the casual relationship between OCB and Organizational identification is not clear enough,higher Organizational Citizenship Behavior and higher performance has the close relationship.It is most important for those State-owned enterprises under condition of transition,especially for those who have great expectation on talent cultivation, retained and team construction.Organizational identification is about to say that individual links with organization through emotion is based on the self-conception,and make it out.There are very few studies about the Organizational identification in China at present,especially studies to State-owned enterprise.So,based on the study of State-owned enterprise has great theoretical and realistic significance.In this paper,we make the basis of existing literature,have studied the relationship between OCB and Organizational identification by questionnaire survey,and point out the relationship among dimension of variables.The study could be organized by five parts:Introduction,Reference,Study design,Empirical analysis and Research conclusions and Recommendations.Based on the theory of above, we select the state-owned enterprise of Deyang area as research samples,make some empirical analysis though SPSS16.0about the relationship between the two.Above all,we draw the follow finds:1.In the analysis of demographic variables,we find that gender and work-life could have less influence on the Organizational identification.Compare with this,age,education and position could make a obvious effect on the Organizational identification.2.In the empirical analysis,we do the study of relationship between them with tool of correlation analysis,and after that,we find the OCB could moderate related with organizational identification.From factor of each dimension,we could have a generalization:there is correlation between each dimension.
