Hangzhou Entrepreneurship Policy And The Research Result

In recent years, the entrepreneurial activity becomes more and more important in nationaldevelopment.To build an entrepreneurial city is an important part of many provinces’ and cities’government work plan. Meanwhile, As the business policy issued gradually, more problems are arising.As the business policy is very important to entrepreneurs, how to provide the effective andcomprehensive business policy, how to implement the policy efficiently has become an importantresearch project of national development.In order to solve problems among venture, Hangzhou has provided a series of business policies.Although these policies has induced lots of entrepreneurial activities, there are still some problem inHangzhou city’s business policy. Through questionnaire survey and comparative analysis, Hangzhoucity’s business policy has the problems of more policy being specialized than generalized, less furthersupport in the later period, financial support not consummate, failure to form the systematic policysystem. According to these aspects, this paper puts forward the suggestions to consummate theHangzhou city’s business policy, as to support widely, to strengthen the information and personalizedservice, to establish a diversified financial system, to form the systematic policy system.
