In the information and globalization of the new economic era,entrepreneurship is everywhere,due to become a new growth point of economic development entrepreneurial activities get more and more countries and the region's attention,every big city actively seek the effective path of entrepreneurship development.This paper utilizes the theory of entrepreneurial theory,industrial cluster innovation theory and location theory and other theory and practice in domestic and abroad,summarizes the mechanism of spatial agglomeration of entrepreneurial activities in Hangzhou,including:spatial characteristics of entrepreneurial activities and spatial agglomeration model,the effect of economic growth,industrial development,spatial development and dynamic mechanism.Firstly,through horizontal comparisons,this paper investigates the spatial distribution characteristics of hackerspace in Hangzhou.The spatial distribution of Hangzhou's state-level,provincial-level,and municipal-level hackerspace exhibits significant polarization.Most of the hackerspace is concentrated in Xihu District,Binjiang District and Yuhang District and they occupy 65.71%of state-level hackerspace,51.59%of provincial-level hackerspace,and 50.82%of municipal-level hackerspace,while Fuyang,Jiande,and Chun'an own none of hackerspace.Secondly,this paper utilizes the quantitative and qualitative methods to study the urban development effects of the entrepreneurial activities in Hangzhou.The results showed that the positive correlations between entrepreneurial activities in Hangzhou and economic growth and industrial development can all pass tests.This shows that,overall,the entrepreneurial activities in Hangzhou have indeed played a positive role in promoting the economic growth and the development of industry.With the development of entrepreneurial activities in Hangzhou,the expansion of urban space and the change of urban functions in Hangzhou have been continuously promoted through the land mechanism,urban planning mechanism and agglomeration mechanism,ultimately promoting the spatial development of Hangzhou.Finally,empirical research shows that the entrepreneurial activities in Hangzhou have developed rapidly in recent years and have been characterized as spatial agglomeration.The entrepreneurial activities have initially formed six major agglomerations:the Wensan Road Venture Base,Wenyi West Road,Binjiang Health and Entertainment Entrepreneurial group,Jiubao Network Red Concentration Area,the three major talent gathering areas and artificial intelligence town.Their spatial agglomeration modes are led by leading enterprises,network driven by red,scientific research institutes and university-based and planning and construction of new districts.The driving forces for the spatial agglomeration of entrepreneurial activities in Hangzhou mainly include entrepreneurial talents,high and new technology,government forces,and market forces.Among them,the talented person mechanism is an internal dynamic mechanism that promotes the spatial agglomeration of entrepreneurial activities,and the high-tech,government and market mechanisms are its external motivation mechanism,they jointly promote the formation a cluster of entrepreneurial activities in Hangzhou,and takes the Hangzhou Future Technology City(Hai Chuang Yuan)as an example to analyze the specific mechanism of action.In response to Hangzhou's promotion of entrepreneurial activities,this paper puts some advises:including the establishment of a special responsible agencies,strengthen the construction of government support system,optimize infrastructure construction,vigorously develop the creative space,and introduce and cultivate entrepreneurial talents.
