Internet changed our life deeply. Since the dotcom bubble burst in2000, people knew more about the internet which brought a lot of changes to our life and the world. The traditional retail industry also caught up the fast internet train. The emerging of e-retail destroyed the limit of time and space, which let the dream that people shopping at home become true. As the spread of the new life style of shopping online, e-retail showed a blowout type of progress. But when most of e-retail enterprises were enjoying the huge sales volume, they had to face a big problem that they can’t take enough profits like traditional retailers. In conclusion, it is very practical to take a deep study on the business model of the e-retail enterprises.This article concluded the current achievements of domestic and foreign scholars and analyzed comparatively to different theories of business model constitute factors. On that basis, this paper give a complete framework of the constitute factors of business model. By scanning the current situation of China e-retail industry, we chose4typical e-retail enterprises as study case to analyze their business model by the framework that the article gave above. The paper found some problems of the China e-retail industry and proposed some suggestions related. Hope the paper can have some useful and helpful suggestions to the healthy development of China e-retail industry.
