Garment industries are facing the pressure of rising labor costs and customer's personalization demand.How to seek the balance between the cost of production and customization demand? It's the problem confusing the garment industries.And it's also the focus of the academic discussion.Scale and customization are two opposing concepts,however,how to realize the organic unity of them in the process of production? How can this business model meet the personalized needs of customers and still can realize the low cost at the same time? What's the operation logic of the C2 M business model? The study of C2 M business model also stay on the surface.There is no more in-depth deconstruction on its internal logic.We took ShanDong red collar group as an example.We used grounded theory to encode the data which be collected through a variety of ways.We extracted 93 concept,41categories,the nine main categories and the core category of "C2M business model" eventually.The study found that:(1)The constituent elements of C2 M business model is orientation,key resources capabilities,business system,cooperative partner and profit model,and the business system is the key constituent element.(2)C2M business model achieves the customer value and partner value relying on the integration of the key resources and abilities from the enterprise and partners,and makes the enterprise value achieved at last.(3)In the positioning element,the strategic positioning of focusing on quality,controlling cost and saving time has found a road with continuous competitive advantage for enterprises.(4)Business system makes the personalized data available,recognizable,operational and transitive to achieve the direct interaction between C and M by technological means.(5)The partners of franchisees expand the customized portal of C2 M business model.(6)The operation of C2 M business model comes from the resultant force of various elements.The transformation of business model should learn to insight into resources advantage and to make the position correctly,to transform the information-based and intelligent business system and to make it more efficiently,to train its own industrialized and information-based talents and to form their own human resources advantage,to attach great importance to the partners resources and to build a community of interests with the partners.In this paper,the deconstruction of C2 M business model explores the notion of the constituent elements and three contact components.The three contact components contain customer value,partners value and enterprise value.These enrich the theory system of business model elements.The deconstruction of C2 M business model also discusses the logical relationship between elements and the contact components.These expand the research paradigm of business models at the same time.It's the development of research on business model type.It provides the reference for the transform of the traditional enterprises.
